Conditions for Returns

Your order is eligible for a return, within the following conditions:

  • Items were purchased in the last 30 days
  • Items must be unworn/unwashed/unused and in the same condition that you received it; items must also be in original packaging and the labels/tags must still be attached
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    The following orders cannot be returned:

    • Any sale or clearance items
    • Facemasks or buffs
    • Gift Cards

    We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale or clearance cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

    Returning Items

    To begin a return, fill out the form below and one of our customer representatives will contact you within 48 hours.

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email if your return will be accepted and refunded (based on the Conditions for Returns listed above). 

    If your return is accepted (based on the Conditions for Returns), your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return.
