Meet Ormond Beach Franchise Owner
Tony Pugila
“If you do what you love you don’t have to work a day in your life.”
Originally from Western Pennsylvania, Tony has always had a deep appreciation for the outdoors, engaging in sports, hunting, and fishing from a young age. This passion seamlessly carried over when he relocated to Tampa, Florida, in 2011, where he quickly developed a love for boating and water activities, transforming it into a lifestyle.
Tony and his wife, Karen, now reside in Ormond Beach, FL. The blended family of 4 are all Florida residence, although one is serving our country in the Army. The kids are Florida raised and, as young adults, they carry the Florida lifestyle in their blood. He embraces the Florida lifestyle and enjoys the time boating and fishing with friends and family, including his Australian Shepherd, Loki.
Tony is thrilled to open Backwater Provisions Ormond Beach, combining his passion for the outdoors with his 25 years of career experience in business processes engineering, budgeting and customer service.
