Our journey to becoming Backwater Provisions Co. franchise owners started with a friendship, a shared passion for the outdoors, and a love for Florida’s coastal lifestyle.

Zeke and Ethan have been close friends for more than 10 years, spending countless days fishing, surfing, and exploring the waters and coastlines throughout Florida. Both born and raised in Orlando, we’ve always felt a strong connection to Melbourne—especially through Ethan’s family, with his father growing up in the area. When the opportunity came to bring Backwater Provisions Co. to Downtown Melbourne, it felt like the perfect way to combine our passions with a community we’ve long admired.

Our goal is simple: to bring Melbourne an extensive selection of high-quality coastal apparel and products for men, women, and children. We’re proud to offer some of the best brands in fishing, boating, leisure, and beach life, while creating a place where customers can find both the right gear and the knowledge to go with it.
